About Menzil-Bau
Since 1996, the owner and founder has been involved in areas related to construction and originally completed his vocational training as a bricklayer. Until 2007, he was based in Tyrol, where he completed his foreman training. Following his education, he began his self-employment.
This led to the establishment of the company MENZIL-BAU in 2010. Since then, the company has been represented at many construction sites in Austria.

Our Areas

MB Planning
We assist you in planning your construction project. This is mentally developed and designed. These thoughts are documented in architectural drawings and construction plans.

MB Renovation
Building-technical restoration or modernization of your property. This can be to remedy damage and/or to improve living standards.

MB Shell Construction
We create the outer contour, including the roof structure for your building. However, during shell construction, windows are not yet installed, there is no facade cladding, and no interior finishing has been carried out. We are happy to take care of this for you as well.

MB Facade
We design your facade according to your wishes; the facade is usually the representative part of the visible shell of your building.

MB Conversion
Under the term "conversion," we make the changes for you that you desire. Interior or exterior, just as you wish.

MB Demolition
If it is necessary for you to dispose of a building or if it cannot be avoided due to renovation measures, we are happy to carry out the demolition for you.
