Semerşah Turizm, which began its operations in 1993 as a subsidiary of the Semerşah Group, offers services in pilgrimage, Umrah, cultural tours, large-group events, and health tourism. Headquartered in Istanbul, Semerşah Turizm operates with branches in Kocaeli, Bursa, Eskişehir, and Sakarya, conducting all its activities under the supervision and guidance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, the Directorate of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), and the Hajj & Umrah Travel Agencies Association (HURSAD). The essential principles of Semerşah Turizm are trust, commitment to spiritual values, sustainability, and quality – all service plans are crafted to meet guests' expectations.

Hajj and Umrah
We do not see our Hajj and Umrah pilgrims as customers but as guests of the Almighty Allah.
We serve those who visit Mecca and Medina, those who circumambulate the House of Allah, those who stand before the Prophet’s (Peace Be Upon Him) blessed chamber, those who repent in Arafat, and those who pray to the Beloved in Muzdalifah.
